Order your Clark Jungle Hammock now, and if you find absolutely anything you do not like about it, you may receive a refund* (minus a small re-stocking fee equal to 12% of the sale price) by following these two simple steps: First, notify us of your return within 20 days of your purchase by calling 1-800-468-4635 or sending an e-mail to info@junglehammock.com, explaining the reason for your return. Second, your returned hammock must arrive at our factory (address below) within 10 business days of the time you notify us of the return. Make sure to include your receipt with the hammock. Also include a note explaining the reasons for the return so that we can continue to improve our products.
Repairs
If your hammock is injured, we will work with you to repair it. Simply send it to our factory (address below) and include a note explaining the nature of the repair that is needed. Usually we can repair your hammock for a small fee. Make sure to include your contact information so that we can inform you of the repair fee and shipping charges to return the hammock to you.
Flaws
We work very hard to make sure that your hammock is perfect when it leaves our factory. If you find any flaw in your hammock, send it back to us within 10 days of receiving it and we will either repair it to be perfect or replace it with a perfect hammock. If we confirm that your hammock is flawed, we will pay up to $12.00 US to reimburse you for your shipping charges and then we'll send the repaired or replacement hammock back to you for free. Make sure to include a note with your hammock describing the nature of the flaw.
